Financial manager

The financial manager will have overall responsibility for the finance function within the Swedish and German company. This includes for example manage ledgers, ensuring the accuracy of financial documents as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

One important task is to prepare and register financial transactions locally and between companies as well as provide reports and analyzes. Since the company is working on site in different countries, it is important to have good knowledge in VAT and to understand how to get correct information about laws and regulations in those countries. In some cases, Gyptech work with accounting firms abroad and it is the responsibility of the financial manager to manage those contacts.

Other tasks are to support the organization in the preparation of budget and forecasts, analyze profitability, establish and monitor financial reports, follow-up activities at project level and summarize decision support for management and business development.

We believe you have a degree in economics and a relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment. It is an advantage if you have experience as a chartered accountant and/or have knowledge in project accounting. Your English in both speech and writing is good as it is our group language. Other qualities that we are looking for are proactiveness, service minded, analytical and well-structured. You like to be clear in your communication and to keep up to date on current laws and regulations and to spread your knowledge to others.
