HR Business Partner

Through local presence on a global market, we provide our customers with market leading products for cable and pipe sealing. To continue supporting the organization and our managers in our growth, we are now looking for a driven team player to join our team, based in Karlskrona, Sweden.

As HR Business Partner you will work in close cooperation with all managers in Sweden, supporting in the wide spectrum of HR, with the aim of enabling the overall strategy and business plan. In your day-to-day work you will support, challenge and coach managers in fields such as leadership, culture and competence. Furthermore, your work will include recruitment, leadership and organizational development and change activities. You will also facilitate workshops and manage labour and union relations. As part of your work, you influence, implement and communicate HR policies, directives and processes, and you are particularly responsible for processes regarding rehabilitation and equality. This role is a part of the HR team in Sweden and reports to the HR Manager in Sweden.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree with extensive experience in qualified recruitment work, great knowledge of Swedish labour law and experience in union negotiations. The position requires the ability to work independently with a supportive and structured approach and a flexible mind-set, coupled with leadership skills and drive. Furthermore, you have high integrity, great communication skills, and you are curious and comfortable in challenging others.
