Anna Persson

Bachelor degree in Economics and Marketing from Växjö University. Further education in leadership, Executive search and also a certified board member. Extensive background as Consultant in Recruitment, Executive Search and Business Development with customers in the manufacturing industry as well as the public sector. Previous positions are, among others, product manager for fast-moving consumer goods, project manager at an advertising agency, CEO in the service industry, and most recently as CEO of a manufacturing company.

Cecilia Ahlqvist

Extensive experience as manager, as well as in leading change, both business and organizational wise. Trained in leadership, sales, recruitment and selection. Extensive background as Consultant in Recruitment, Executive search and Business Development with assignments in both the private and the public sector. Previous positions are, among others, as HR-manager and Site manager in companies in strong growth. Most recently, as Global HR manager for a fast-growing company in the IT industry.
