Senior HR Business Partner

Through local presence on a global market, we provide our customers with market leading products for cable and pipe sealing. To continue supporting the organization and our managers in our growth, we are now expanding our HR organisation in Sweden.

As HR Business Partner you will work in close cooperation with all managers in Sweden, supporting in all aspects of the HR field, with the aim of enabling the overall strategy and business plan. In your day to day work you will support, challenge and coach managers in fields such as leadership, culture and competence. Furthermore, your work will include manning labour and union relations, recruitment as well as leadership- and organizational development and change activities. As part of your work you influence, implement and communicate HR policies, directives and processes. This role is a part of the HR-team in Sweden and reports to the HR Director EMEA.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree with extensive experience in qualified recruitment work, great knowledge of Swedish labour law and experience from union negotiations. Furthermore, you have high integrity, great communication skills, and you are curious and comfortable in challenging others.
