HR Director Lift trucks

In this role you as leader of Human Resources will play an active part in the Konecranes Lift trucks future success by the execution of the People Strategy within in the business unit. You are expected to collaborate and partner with managers and other stakeholders and provide business supportive HR with the aim to develop people as well as the organization. The position holder is also expected to manage talent mapping and talent calibration within the business unit, including coordinating trainings, appraisals and other development projects. As HR director you support and challenge managers in business decisions, focusing on growth, company culture, inclusion and diversity.

You are locally responsible for all HR related issues or topics, through the employee lifecycle, including work council relations and negotiations. You partner with Regional HR concerning technical/local HR topics and common processes in the Scandinavia Region.

The HR Director is expected to provide support locally as well as globally and take an active role in developing the HR processes and procedures to ensure modern and efficient business support.

HR Director Lift trucks reports to VP HR Port Solutions and is a part of the business unit´s global management team. The position is based in Markaryd, Sweden and requires periodic international travel to other sites within the business unit.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree in the HR field coupled with solid skills and experience from both strategic and transactional HR, preferably from a complex organization. Experience from work- council relations and negotiations are required as well as solid knowledge of Swedish labor law. You have previously held senior positions and shown excellent coaching-, analytical-, communication skills and are used to actively make the right priorities. The position requires excellent Swedish and English language skills in speech and writing. It is requested availibility to travel.
